Job summary

DBS Bank in India is seeking a detail-oriented Branch Operations professional to manage and control all branch operational functions with zero errors. You will coordinate with centralized operations teams to ensure high quality service for customers and stakeholders.

You will ensure timely regulatory reporting, participate in process improvements within the branch, identify productivity and cost-saving opportunities, and lead regular Ops meetings with branch and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage & control all operational functions of the branch with zero errors.
• Ensure adequate coordination with centralized operations teams to maintain high quality service and internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely receipt and submission of regulatory and other reports by the Branch.
• Participate in process improvement exercises within branch/cluster.
• Identify areas where productivity enhancement and cost reduction initiatives can be introduced.
• Initiate team meetings internally within Ops as well as with business teams of the branch and circulate minutes to all stake holders at regular intervals.
• Any other job duty and responsibility assigned to you by branch Head from time to time or on adhoc basis.
