Responsibilities

• Maintain the Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet for the branch
• Execute branch strategy aligned with overall Branch Banking strategy
• Drive sustained revenue generation through cross-selling of TPP and related products
• Mobilize liabilities through CASA portfolio growth
• Ensure efficient complaint management within defined TATs
• Drive high customer service scores
• Conduct customer engagement programs and marketing initiatives
• Ensure effective CRM implementation by Sales, Relationship & BSI teams with periodic reviews
• Ensure upkeep of the branch and ATM; elevate issues when required
• Liaise with internal teams for effective fraud management at the cluster level
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and processes
• Ensure timely submission of MIS reports
• Ensure safety and security of bank and customer assets
• Ensure audit deliverables (internal & external) are met as per prescribed norms

Role Summary

The role holder is responsible for achieving all branch-related targets. The individual must demonstrate strong knowledge of banking processes and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance at all times.

The incumbent is expected to deploy effective risk management mechanisms to minimize risk exposure while driving sustained revenue generation and liabilities mobilization at the branch level.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

1. Strategy & P&L Management

• Maintain the Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet for the branch
• Execute branch strategy aligned with overall Branch Banking strategy

2. Superior and Consistent Customer Service

• Ensure efficient complaint management within defined TATs

3. Strengthening Systems, Controls and Processes
