Job summary

SkillLabs in Odisha, India is seeking a finance professional with 2–4 years of experience in cash collection, loan closures, and bank reconciliation. You will maintain accurate receipts, coordinate with authorities for licenses, and ensure compliance across processes.

The role involves handling customer queries, coordinating with multiple departments, and driving targets like loan collections and insurance cross-sell at branches and locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in financial services/banking or NBFC.
• Experience with cash handling, receipts, and reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

• Walk-in customer management and query resolution.
• Cash collection, deposition and maintenance of accurate records.
• Loan closure updation and closure.
• Bank reconciliation for open items.
• Coordinate with RTO/local authorities for trade license renewal.
• Timely updation of receipts/RC to core systems and reconciliation.
• Empanelment of brokers and coordination for sale of repossessed vehicles.
• Monthly audit of receipts from the collection team.
• Liaison with Legal/Repayment/Admin/Customer Service/Collections.
• Record keeping and admin activities.
• Ensure 100% compliance and achievement of targets: PI & Charges collection, cross sale of insurance, lead generation, service camps.
