Job summary

SkillLabs in Karnataka seeks an experienced Back Office Executive to handle cash collection, bank reconciliations, and records maintenance. The role also covers coordinating with RTO for license renewals and liaison with legal, admin, and customer service teams to ensure accurate and compliant processes.

You will work with brokers for repossessed vehicles, oversee monthly receipts audits, and support cross-selling initiatives and service camps at branch and non-branch locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Financial Services/Banking/NBFC.
• Experience in cash collection and reconciliation.
• Experience coordinating with RTO/local authorities for license renewal.
• Exposure to cross-sale of insurance and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Walk-in customer management and query resolution.
• Cash collection and maintenance of accurate records.
• Loan closure updation and closure.
• Reconciliation of bank accounts – open items.
• Coordination with RTO and local authorities for trade license renewal.
• Timely updation of receipts and RC to core systems.
• Empanelment of new brokers and coordination for sale of repossessed vehicles.
• Monthly audit of receipts from the collection team.
• Liaison with Legal/Repayment/Admin/Customer Service/Collections.
• Record keeping and admin activities.
• Ensure 100% compliance with processes and policies.
• Achieve targets for PI and charges collection, cross-sale of insurance, and service camps.
