GIPS Consultancy in Lucknow is seeking a Branch Manager to include HNI customers into the Preferred program and offer them superior service to enhance relationship profitability. You will lead a target-driven team and supervise branch operations, ensuring achievement of branch targets through business generation and cross-selling of CASA, Demat and Credit Cards.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, customer-centric approach, and a track record of improving branch profitability

• Own all branch banking objectives and overall supervision.
