GIPS Consultancy invites applications for a Branch Banking role in Ratlam to drive profitability and supervision of branch targets. You will lead a performance driven team, focus on HNI client onboarding into preferred services, and oversee cross-selling across banking products to grow the branch book.

The ideal candidate will own branch objectives, supervise operations, and work towards achieving annual targets through strategic business generation and client relationship management.
