The role emphasizes expanding business through strategic cross-selling of CASA, Demat and Credit Cards while maintaining excellent customer experience and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Own all branch banking objectives and overall branch supervision.
• Ensure achievement of overall Branch Target by generating business and cross-sale.
• Product knowledge based ( CASA, Demat, Credit Cards ).

Responsibilities

• Lead a result oriented team and is responsible for managing the Branch Profitability.
• Drive cross-selling across CASA, Demat and Credit Card products to enhance profitability.
• Ensure adherence to branch policies and regulatory requirements.
