GIPS Consultancy is seeking a Branch Banking professional to onboard High Net worth (HNI) customers into the Preferred program and deliver a superior customer experience that enhances profitability. You will lead a result-oriented team, supervise branch activities, and work to achieve overall branch targets by leveraging cross-sell opportunities and knowledge of CASA, Demat, and Credit Cards.

The role requires strong relationship management, risk awareness, and the ability to drive performance
