Job summary

Tata Capital in Uttarakhand seeks a field sales officer to drive microfinance disbursements, build client relationships, and expand coverage across assigned territories, leveraging JLG models.

You will handle loan applications, identify potential customers, ensure timely repayments, monitor portfolio quality, and represent the brand through regular field visits, centre meetings, and proactive customer service in local communities.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Fresher to experienced candidates in microfinance sales.
• Basic understanding about Microfinance business and JLG model working preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve disbursement targets with minimum delinquency.
• Identify Joint liability Groups & disbursed loans to suit target customers and geographies.
• Develop and manage teams across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach.
• Disbursement, repayment and delinquency management with daily/weekly collections targets.
• Follow up on disbursed loans, especially those not paying on time.
• Conduct regular field visits, centre meetings and loan applicant assessments.
• Maintain portfolio quality by tracking normal dues, non-starters, delinquency, and frauds.
• Build strong client relationships internally and externally and enhance brand identification.

• To ensure the achievement of disbursement targets with minimum delinquency
• Identifying Joint liability Groups & disbursed loans, to suit the target customers and geographies.
• Enabling business growth by developing and managing a teams across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach.
• Assess potential client base and product acceptability in new regions, areas & opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas.
• Disbursement, repayment and delinquency management, achieving daily / weekly collections targets
• Makes a close follow up of the disbursed loans, especially of the ones not paying on time.
• Undertake regular field visits, Centre Meeting and loan applicants
• Maintaining portfolio quality by tracking & controlling Normal dues, Nonstarters, Delinquency, & Frauds.
• Build strong client relationships both internally and externally and build a strong brand identification with potential customers.
