Job summary

Tata Capital is seeking a field officer to drive loan disbursements, manage repayments and reduce delinquency across assigned territories in Karnataka. The role includes identifying JLG opportunities, conducting regular field visits and meeting centers to assess demand and risk.

Fresh graduates to candidates with microfinance sales experience are welcome. The ideal candidate will understand microfinance operations, maintain portfolio quality, and build strong customer relationships while

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Fresher to experienced; microfinance sales experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of Microfinance and JLG model working would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve disbursement targets with minimum delinquency.
• Identify Joint Liability Groups and disbursed loans for target customers and geographies.
• Manage field operations by developing and supervising teams across territories.
• Disbursement, repayment and delinquency management with daily/weekly collections targets.
• Follow up on disbursed loans, especially overdue accounts.
• Conduct regular field visits, centre meetings and loan applicant assessments.
• Maintain portfolio quality by tracking delinquencies, non-starters and frauds.
• Build strong client relationships and brand presence with potential customers.

Job description

• To ensure the achievement of disbursement targets with minimum delinquency


• Identifying Joint liability Groups & disbursed loans, to suit the target customers and geographies.


• Enabling business growth by developing and managing a teams across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach.


• Assess potential client base and product acceptability in new regions, areas & opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas.


• Disbursement, repayment and delinquency management, achieving daily / weekly collections targets


• Makes a close follow up of the disbursed loans, especially of the ones not paying on time.


• Undertake regular field visits, Centre Meeting and loan applicants


• Maintaining portfolio quality by tracking & controlling Normal dues, Nonstarters, Delinquency, & Frauds.


• Build strong client relationships both internally and externally and build a strong brand identification with potential customers.


• Ensuring weekly / daily meetings & visit to centre
