Job summary

Tata Capital in Tamil Nadu invites dynamic graduates to join as Microfinance Sales Officers. You will drive disbursement targets, manage client acquisition, and guide field teams across districts to extend reach.

You will work with Microfinance JLG model, conduct regular center meetings, monitor repayments, and maintain portfolio quality, building strong customer relationships and brand presence.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in microfinance is a plus.
• Knowledge of JLG model preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of disbursement targets with minimum delinquency.
• Identify Joint liability Groups for disbursed loans to suit target customers/geographies.
• Lead and manage teams across territories for market penetration.
• Assess potential client base and opportunities for geographical expansion.
• Disbursement, repayment and delinquency management with daily/weekly collections targets.
• Follow up on overdue loans and ensure timely repayments.
• Conduct regular field visits and centre meetings with loan applicants.
• Maintain portfolio quality by tracking delinquencies and frauds.
• Build strong client relationships and brand identification with customers.
• Ensure weekly/daily centre visits.

Job description

• To ensure the achievement of disbursement targets with minimum delinquency
• Identifying Joint liability Groups disbursed loans, to suit the target customers and geographies.
• Enabling business growth by developing and managing a teams across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach.
• Assess potential client base and product acceptability in new regions, areas opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas.
• Disbursement, repayment and delinquency management, achieving daily / weekly collections targets
• Makes a close follow up of the disbursed loans, especially of the ones not paying on time.
• Undertake regular field visits, Centre Meeting and loan applicants
• Maintaining portfolio quality by tracking controlling Normal dues, Nonstarters, Delinquency, Frauds.
• Build strong client relationships both internally and externally and build a strong brand identification with potential customers.
• Ensuring weekly / daily meetings visit to centre

• Basic understanding about Microfinance business and JLG model working would be preferred.
