Batch 5 begins on 27th October 2026 with limited seats. Age 28–34, 6+ years in banking, and a graduate or postgraduate degree are required. Post-placement fixed CTC up to INR 12 LPA.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 6 years of banking experience (Sales, Service, or Operations).

Responsibilities

• Lead Branch Operations as part of the leadership program.
• Drive Sales & Business Development initiatives for the branch.
• Ensure Risk & Compliance adherence across processes.
• Enhance Customer Experience Management at branch level.
• Provide Team Leadership and People Management to staff.
