Qualifications

• 4–7 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree/Post-graduation Degree preferred.
• Previous experience in gold loan banking, gold loan products, management or client service preferred.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall branch operations and profitability.
• Drive field-marketing activities to improve brand visibility with the team.
• Plan and monitor branch field activities to ensure healthy lead pipeline and business conversion.
• Focus on customer engagement for new acquisitions and retention of existing customers.
• Perform accurate valuation of gold ornaments pledged, ensuring weight/purity per policy and audit standards.
• Joint custodian of the vault and safekeeping of pledged securities as per policy.
• Maintain NPAs through proactive follow-ups for interest collections.
• Coordinate hiring, coaching, mentoring, and training of branch staff with timely feedback.
• Prepare reports and take action to grow branch business and performance.
• Grow gold loan business and cross-sell third-party products like NCDs, gold coins, etc.
• Ensure 100% process compliance in valuations and related activities.
• Maintain error-free valuation processes for pledged gold ornaments.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall branch operations, performance profitability of the branch.
• Drive participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team to improve brand visibility.
• Plan, conduct monitor the branch field level marketing activities to ensure health pipeline of leads resulting into business conversion branch growth.
• Focus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions retainment of old customers.
• Conducting error free valuation appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance.
• Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of of pledged securities as per company policies.
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest collections.
• Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
• Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance.
• Maintaining quality performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and take necessary actions for growth of business in branch.
• Increase Gold Loan business, plus various other third-party products i.e., NCD's, Gold Coins sale etc.
• Responsible for correct valuation maintenance of 100% process compliance at branch.
• Manage error free valuation appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance.
