Job summary

Bajaj Finance Limited is seeking a branch leader to manage overall branch operations, profitability, and customer engagement in the local market.

The role focuses on driving field marketing, enhancing brand visibility, and expanding gold loan business along with other products. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance, and deliver strong cash flow and customer service at the branch level.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree / Post-graduation Degree preferred.
• Gold loan banking, gold loan products, management or client service experience preferred.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall branch operations, performance & profitability.
• Drive field-marketing activities and enhance brand visibility with the team.
• Plan and monitor branch and field marketing to ensure leads pipeline and business growth.
• Engage with customers for new acquisitions and retention of existing customers.
• Conduct valuation and appraisal of pledged gold with weight and purity checks per policy.
• Safekeep pledged securities as a joint custodian of the vault per policy.
• Maintain NPAs through follow-ups for interest collections.
• Hire, coach, mentor and train staff with timely feedback on performance.
• Maintain quality and performance of business, prepare reports and Act on growth opportunities.
• Expand gold loan business and other products like NCDs, gold coins, etc.

Job Summary

This position is open with Bajaj Finance Limited.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall branch operations, performance & profitability of the branch.
• Drive & participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team to improve brand visibility.
• Plan, conduct & monitor the branch & field level marketing activities to ensure health pipeline of leads resulting into business conversion & branch growth.
• Focus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions & retainment of old customers.
• Conducting error free valuation & appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight & purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance.
• Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of pledged securities as per company policies.
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest collections.
• Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch & for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
• Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance.
• Maintaining quality & performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and take necessary actions for growth of business in branch.
• Increase Gold Loan business, plus various other third-party products i.e., NCDs, Gold Coins sale etc.

Required Qualifications and Experience
