Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree/Post-graduation Degree preferred.
• Previous experience in gold loan banking, gold loan products, management or client service preferred.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall branch operations and drive profitability.
• Lead field-marketing activities to improve brand visibility.
• Plan and monitor field-level marketing to maintain a healthy lead pipeline and business growth.
• Engage with customers for new acquisitions and retention of existing customers.
• Ensure compliant valuation of pledged gold ornaments with correct weight and purity assessment.
• Safeguard pledged securities as joint custodian of the vault and manage NPAs through follow-ups.
• Hire, coach, mentor and train staff, providing timely feedback on performance.
• Prepare branch performance reports and take actions to drive business growth.
• Increase gold loan business and other third-party products (e.g., NCDs, gold coins).
• Maintain 100% process compliance in valuations and operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall branch operations,performance profitability of the branch.
• Drive participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team to improve brand visibility
• Plan,conduct monitor the branch field level marketing activities to ensure health pipeline of leads resulting into business conversion branch growth
• Focus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions retainment of old customers
• Conducting error free valuation appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance
• Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of of pledged securities as per company policies
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest collections
• Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
• Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance
• Maintaining quality performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and take necessary actions for growth of business in branch
• Increase Gold Loan business, plus various other third-party products i.
• NCD''s, Gold Coins sale etc.
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest collections.

Qualifications and Experience
