Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Summary

This position is open with Bajaj Finance Limited.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall branch operations and performance profitability of the branch.
• Drive and participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team to improve brand visibility.
• Plan, conduct and monitor the branch field-level marketing activities to ensure a healthy pipeline of leads resulting in business conversion and branch growth.
• Focus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions and retention of existing customers.
• Conduct an error-free valuation and appraisal of gold ornaments pledged in the branch with correct weight and purity assessment as per company policy and audit compliance.
• Act as joint custodian of the vault with responsibility for safekeeping of pledged securities as per company policies.
• Responsible for keeping NPAs under control through strong follow-ups from customers for interest collections.
• Demonstrate good planning abilities for the smooth functioning of the branch and to develop cohesiveness within the company and with co-workers.
• Hire, coach, mentor and train employees and provide timely feedback on their performance.
• Maintain quality performance of the business, prepare various reports, and take necessary actions for growth of business in the branch.
• Increase gold loan business and cross-sell various other third-party products, such as NCDs and gold coins.
• Maintain 100% process compliance in valuation at the branch and ensure audit-ready valuation of pledged gold ornaments.

Qualifications and Experience

• 4-7 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree/Post-graduation Degree preferred.
• Previous experience in gold loan banking, gold loan products, management or client service preferred.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
