Job summary

Bajaj finance limited is seeking an experienced Branch Operations professional to lead day-to-day branch activities and drive profitability. The role involves managing field marketing, customer engagement, and compliance across gold loan products and related offerings.

You will oversee valuation of pledged gold, vault custody, and shrinkage controls while coaching a team to achieve growth targets and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant experience.
• Gold loan banking experience preferred.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall branch operations and performance profitability.

• Plan and monitor branch field marketing to ensure a healthy pipeline and business conversion.
• Focus on customer engagement for new acquisitions and retention of existing customers.
• Valuation of gold ornaments with correct weight and purity as per policy and compliance.
• Joint custodian of the vault and safekeeping of pledged securities as per policies.
• Maintain NPAs through strong follow-ups for interest collections.
• Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees with timely feedback.
• Prepare reports and drive growth of the branch; increase gold loan business and other products.

Job Summary

This position is open with Bajaj finance limited.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall branch operations,performance profitability of the branch.
• Drive participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team to improve brand visibility
• Plan,conduct monitor the branch field level marketing activities to ensure health pipeline of leads resulting into business conversion branch growth
• Focus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions retainment of old customers
• Conducting error free valuation appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance
• Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of of pledged securities as per company policies
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest collections
• Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
• Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance
• Maintaining quality performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and take necessary actions for growth of business in branch
• Increase Gold Loan business, plus various other third-party products i.e., NCD's, Gold Coins sale etc.
• Responsible for correct valuation maintenance of 100% process compliance at branch.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 4-7 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree/Post-graduation Degree preferred.
• Previous experience in gold loan banking, gold loan products, management or client service preferred.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
