Job summary

InCred Financial Services is seeking a Branch Manager for its LAP-focused operations in Tamil Nadu. The role requires steering branch growth, leading a sales team, and building a robust customer and partner network in Arani / Vellore.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years in NBFC/banking sales, LAP/Mortgage experience, and strong leadership to drive targets while ensuring policy compliance and credit quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of NBFC/banking sales experience.
• Experience in LAP / Mortgage loans preferred.
• Prior branch leadership experience (Branch Manager or Team Leader) preferred.
• Strong leadership and business development skills.
• Good knowledge of the local market and customer network.
