Job summary

Veerwal Getwork Services is seeking a Branch Sales Leader with strong Home Loan and LAP experience to drive market growth in the local branch. You will lead a sales team, coordinate with credit and operations, and build a robust network of DSAs and channel partners.

The role requires 2–5 years in relevant sales, a graduate degree (MBA/PGDM preferred), and a proven track record of achieving targets in a sales-driven environment. On-site role in local market with incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Home Loan, LAP, Housing Finance, NBFC, or Banking sales.
• Experience in team handling and branch-level sales preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive sales activities for Home Loans and LAP.
• Achieve monthly and annual branch sales targets.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the branch sales team.
• Generate business through DSAs, connectors, builders, brokers, and direct customer leads.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the branch customer base.
• Monitor the complete sales process from lead generation to login, sanction, and disbursement.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for smooth processing.
• Track team performance and prepare regular sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
• Conduct market visits and maintain strong relationships with local business networks.
