Job summary

Godavari Krishna Co-operative Society in India invites applications for a Branch Operations role. You will manage daily branch activities, drive business and loan targets, and oversee branch staff to ensure smooth service delivery.

You will handle customer relationships, resolve complaints, monitor loan sourcing, documentation, disbursement and collections, and ensure adherence to policies. You will report branch performance and support business development and customer acquisition.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in banking, NBFC preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
