Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree
• Experience in NBFC, Banking, Gold Loan, Microfinance or Financial Services preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and marketing abilities
• Knowledge of branch operations, collections and compliance
• Ability to achieve targets and manage branch profitability
