Wroots Global Pvt Ltd in Bangalore is seeking a Domestic Voice Process Associate to handle customer calls from domestic and international clients, delivering effective solutions with a professional, courteous tone.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Shifts are general and rotational; 6 days work with 1 day off. Immediate joiners only, salary up to 4 LPA.

• Meet individual and team performance metrics (call handling time, CSAT, resolution).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve escalations.

Job Description

As an Domestic Voice Process Associate for a Customer Support domain, you will be responsible for handling customer calls from international clients, providing effective and efficient solutions for a range of inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to maintain a professional and courteous tone at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• - Handle inbound queries from customers in a professional and friendly manner.

• - Identify and resolve customer complaints by providing timely solutions.

• - Meet individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
