Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad is seeking a skilled professional to lead migration activities from BMC Remedy ITSM to BMC Helix, and to implement and configure BMC Helix solutions including Smart IT, Digital Workplace, Discovery, and CMDB.

The role involves designing, developing, and supporting REST/SOAP API integrations with third‑party apps, performing platform configuration, testing, and deployment, and ensuring ITIL-aligned service management throughout cloud-based Helix environments

Responsibilities

• Execute migration activities from BMC Remedy ITSM to BMC Helix platform.
• Implement and configure BMC Helix solutions including Smart IT, Digital Workplace, Discovery, and CMDB.
• Design, develop, and support REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party applications.
• Perform platform configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
• Validate migrated data, workflows, and integrations to ensure seamless functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues as Level 3 Support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders during migration and implementation projects.
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and support artifacts.
• Work on cloud-based Helix environments using AWS/Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and service management best practices.
