Job summary

Swedium Global Services AB seeks a skilled ITSM specialist to support BMC Helix platform development and IT service management processes from its Pune office. The role focuses on incident handling, workflow configuration, and continual service improvement.

You will participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure configurations align with ITIL practices, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Expert-level experience with BMC Helix platform and ITSM processes.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB and asset management.
• Experience in configuring business workflows and ITIL-aligned processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents and service requests in BMC Helix, from logging and triage to resolution and closure, following ITIL processes and SLA/OLA targets.
• Assist in the development and configuration of solutions on the BMC Helix Platform (ITSM, Digital Workplace, Innovation Studio).
• Support the implementation of business workflows, forms, and automations.
• Help maintain and improve workflows aligned with ITIL practices.
• Document configurations, workflows, and technical changes accurately.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
• Follow development standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Build knowledge of the BMC Helix platform and IT service management processes.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
