Job summary

emagine in Pune is seeking a Junior Developer to support development, configuration, and maintenance of business workflows within the BMC Helix platform, aiming to enhance IT service management processes and user experience for a global operations context.

You will manage ITSM incidents and requests, diagnose issues, assist in BMC Helix customization, and collaborate with Senior Developers in Agile ceremonies, documenting changes and performing unit tests to ensure quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in application development or IT service management tools.
• Practical experience with BMC Helix Interfaces & Integration, Business Workflows, and CMDB & Asset Management.
• Understanding of ITIL concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage ITSM incidents and service requests in BMC Helix, ensuring adherence to ITIL processes and SLA/OLA targets.
