Job summary

Acesoft Labs is seeking a BMC Helix Technical Specialist to lead administration, development, and customization of the BMC Helix ITSM environment from Bangalore. The role focuses on ensuring platform security, reliability, and scalable integrations to meet business needs.

The candidate should have 8+ years of hands-on experience with BMC Helix ITSM, Smart IT, Innovation Studio, and workflow development using Remedy components. Immediate notice period preferred, located in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in BMC Helix ITSM/Smart IT/Innovation Studio development and administration using Remedy forms and objects (Active Links, Filters, Escalations).
• Strong ITSM process knowledge and integration techniques.
• Experience writing custom workflows and ensuring security and smooth platform operations.

Responsibilities

1. Must have 8+ years of experience in development, implementation, and sustained support of the BMC Helix components like ITSM, Smart IT, Innovation Studio and writing custom workflows using Remedy forms and objects like Active Links, Filters, and Escalations
2. Solid understanding of ITSM processes and Integration techniques.
3. Strong Knowledge of ITSM Module Like Incident, Change, Problem, SRM, Work Order, SLM, Release management
4. Provide creative solutions to resolve business problems via customer requirements based on system capability, process gaps (ITSM/ITIL) and cultural challenges.
