Responsibilities

• Generate accurate bills and invoices for customer purchases.
• Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
• Ensure proper GST billing and invoicing.
• Verify product details, pricing, discounts, and tax calculations before billing.
• Maintain daily billing records and sales reports.
• Reconcile cash collections and billing transactions.
• Process exchanges, returns, and advance booking transactions.
• Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for smooth operations.
• Resolve customer billing-related queries professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and support audit requirements.
