Ashoka Buildcon Ltd. in Pune is looking for a Civil Quantity Surveyor to handle take-offs, RFI issuance, GFC quantity finalization and billing with SAP integration.

The role involves site coordination for BBS, monthly billing, SAP booking, and vendor payments, along with material reconciliation and subcontractor rate analysis. EPC exposure is preferred.

Formación

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil required; NICMAR QS is a plus.
• SAP knowledge is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Quantity take-off and drawing study.
• Raising RFIs and coordinating with site engineer.
• Finalisation of GFC quantities and client/subcontractor billing.
• Complete billing cycle for site works, SAP booking and vendor payments.
• Material vs billed quantity reconciliation.
• Prepare client billing and submission for contract certification.
• Assist in contract management and rate analysis for subcontractors.

Role & responsibilities

• Quantity Take Off and drawing study
• Raising RFIs
• Finalisation of GFC quantities
• Co-rodination with site Enginner for BBS and compiling the same for client / SC bills
• Complete billing cycle for SC - MB verification, ensuring monthly billing, SAP booking & co-ordination with Accounts for taxation / vendor payment
• Material & billed qty to paid qty reconciliation
• Client billing - preparation, submission to certification in accordance with contract
• Contract Management - preparing contractual letters, etc.
• Extra Items Identification & Rate Analysis for client
• Able to perform Rate Analysis & finalise subcontractors for site.

Qualification

• DCE / BE / B.tech (Civil)
• NICMAR (QS) / SAP knowledge will be added advantage

Preferred candidate profile

EPC company who have worked in high rise residential. Have exposure in client and sub con billing. SAP knowledge is a advantage
