Responsibilities

• Measurement & Billing: Verify contractor RA bills and conduct joint measurements.
• Variation & Change Management: Evaluate and process variations / extra items / deviations.
• Cost Monitoring & Control: Track project cost against budget and progress.
• Prepare Cost reports and cash flow forecasts; identify overruns and corrective actions.
• Claims & Dispute Management: Analyze contractor claims related to delays, additional scope, rate variations.
• Documentation & Record Keeping.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Measurement & Billing- Verify contractor RA bills (Running Account Bills) based on actual work done. Conduct joint measurements at site
• Variation & Change Management- Evaluate and process Variations / extra items / deviations
• "Cost Monitoring & Control- Track project cost against Approved budget, Work progress
• Prepare Cost reports, Cash flow forecasts. Identify cost overruns and recommend corrective actions"
• Claims & Dispute Management- Analyze contractor claims related to: Delays (EOT), Additional scope, Rate variations
• Documentation & Record Keeping
