Job summary

Alliance Recruitment Agency is seeking a Civil site engineer to review drawings, estimate materials, and manage billing and documentation on construction sites.

The role demands strong knowledge of civil practices, AutoCAD, and Excel, with experience in BOQ/MB/RAs. You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 35 years of relevant experience in site engineering, billing, and quantity surveying.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural drawings, and civil engineering practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel, including advanced formulas and billing templates.
• Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera is preferred.
• Understanding of contractor bill verification, material reconciliation, and rate analysis.
• Knowledge of municipal approvals, building regulations, and relevant IS codes.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage site activities and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage documentation for municipal approvals, inspections, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure construction activities comply with IS codes, building regulations, and safety standards.
• Assist in contractor rate analysis, tender documentation, and project cost control.
