Job summary

Supreme Universal in Pune seeks a Billing Engineer to manage contractor billing, certify RA bills, and perform quantity surveying for residential real estate projects.

You will verify quantities, analyze cost variances, prepare reports, and coordinate with site teams and consultants to ensure timely bill approvals and accurate cost tracking.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in contractor billing and QS in residential real estate projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings, BOQs, and contracts.
• Excellent cost monitoring and variance analysis skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and certify contractor RA bills and final bills.
• Measure and validate executed quantities per drawings, BOQ, and work orders.
• Conduct Quantity Surveying (QS) activities, including quantity take-offs and reconciliation.
• Analyze budgeted costs versus actual expenditures and identify cost variances.
• Prepare variance reports and provide insights on cost deviations and corrective actions.
• Monitor contractor claims, change orders, and extra item evaluations. Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and contractors for bill approvals and quantity confirmations.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, work orders, and payment milestones.
• Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and cost tracking reports.
• Support project cost planning and forecasting activities.

Key Responsibilities
