Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking a Billing Engineer for a full-time position in Mumbai (BKC). You will prepare and verify RA, client, subcontractor, and contractor bills, coordinating with site teams to ensure timely invoicing.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of experience in civil/construction billing, strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity surveying, rate analysis, and MS Excel proficiency. Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of BOQ, measurements, and rate analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic billing software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify RA, client, subcontractor, and contractor bills.
• Handle quantity estimation, measurement, and rate analysis for civil works.
• Verify BOQ, work orders, measurements, and billing documents.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and project teams for billing.
• Conduct joint measurements and record executed quantities accurately.
• Prepare Measurement Books and maintain billing records.
• Check variations, extras, deductions, and reconcile quantities.
• Assist in cost control, budget monitoring, and project financial tracking.
• Ensure timely submission of bills within project timelines.
• Maintain documentation and support client/subcontractor reconciliation.
• Coordinate with commercial and project teams to resolve discrepancies.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify RA Bills, client bills, subcontractor bills, and contractor bills.
• Handle quantity estimation, measurement, and rate analysis for civil/construction works.
• Verify BOQ, work orders, measurements, and billing documents.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and project teams for billing-related activities.
• Conduct joint measurements and ensure accurate recording of executed quantities.
• Prepare MB (Measurement Book) and maintain proper billing records.
• Check variations, extra items, deductions, and reconciliation of quantities.
• Assist in cost control, budget monitoring, and project financial tracking.
• Ensure bills are prepared and submitted within project timelines.
• Maintain proper documentation and support client/subcontractor reconciliation.

Required Skills
