Job summary

Indiabulls Realestate is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Engineer to manage all billing activities for real estate projects. You will prepare and verify RA, Final, and Contractor Bills, cross-check quantities against BOQs and drawings, and ensure timely payments while maintaining meticulous records.

The role requires 7–8 years of billing/cost management experience, strong MS Excel and AutoCAD skills, and familiarity with ERP/SAP. Join a dynamic team overseeing project costs and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil or related field.
• 7–8 years of relevant Billing/Cost Management experience.
• Experience in Real Estate/Construction projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, RA Bills, Final Bills, Rate Analysis, and Quantity Take-Off.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD; ERP/SAP knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process RA Bills, Final Bills, and Contractor Bills.
• Verify quantities and measurements per approved BOQ, drawings, and work orders.
• Conduct joint measurements with contractors and site engineers.
• Prepare and maintain Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and rate analysis.
• Check contractor bills against actual work and ensure timely payments.
• Apply deductions such as advances, retention, and stat duties accurately.
• Coordinate with Project, Procurement, Finance, and Site Teams for timely verification.
• Maintain records of WOs, POs, contracts, amendments, and billing documents.
• Monitor project costs and support cost control and budget tracking.
• Reconcile contractor accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Assist in project cost reports and MIS; ensure adherence to policies and timelines.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing contractor bills, verifying quantities and measurements, checking BOQs, coordinating with project and site teams, and ensuring timely processing of payments.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. /
• Experience: 7–8 years of relevant experience in Billing or Cost Management.
• Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Residential, Commercial, or High-Rise Projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, RA Bills, Final Bills, Rate Analysis, and Quantity Take-Off.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP or other billing and project management software will be an added advantage.
