Job summary

The candidate should be proficient in MS Excel, with AutoCAD preferred, and possess strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Immediate joining is desirable for site projects in Pune district.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• 4+ years in contractor billing and project estimation.
• Strong knowledge of rate analysis and rate negotiation.
• Experience with BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.
• Residential and commercial building project exposure.
• MS Excel and AutoCAD proficiency preferred.
