Job summary

PIECO INDIA ENGINEERING CO, Delhi, seeks an MEP Billing professional to prepare RA Bills for HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing and Fire Alarm systems. You will verify BOQ quantities, conduct joint measurements with site teams, and manage subcontractor bills, ensuring timely completion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit RA Bills (Running Account Bills) for MEP works (HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Fire Alarm systems).
• Verify BOQ quantities against actual work executed at site.
• Conduct joint measurements with site team/contractors for accurate billing.
• Prepare and check subcontractor/vendor bills as per work completion.
• Carry out rate analysis for extra items/deviations not covered in BOQ.
• Process variation/change order bills and obtain necessary approvals.
• Ensure billing compliance with contract terms, GST, TDS, and retention deductions.
• Maintain bill registers, measurement sheets, and billing records for audits.
• Prepare MIS reports on billing status and payment tracking.
• Ensure final bill preparation and reconciliation at project closure.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering


• MEP Billing (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing works) candidates from Civil Billing/Civil Engineering background will not be considered


• Strong hands-on experience in RA Bills, BOQ, Rate Analysis, and Measurement Sheets


• Prior experience working with MEP contractors, consultants, or real estate/construction companies


• Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable reading MEP/AutoCAD drawings


• Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with site, project, and accounts teams


• Should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle billing deadlines


• Willingness to work at site/project location as required
