Job summary

Upalaksh Job Recruitment in Raipur, Chhattisgarh seeks an experienced Billing Engineer to manage project billing for Plumbing, Fire Fighting and MEP works, with strong BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.

You will prepare RA and Final Bills, verify measurements, perform take-offs and rate analysis, maintain records, and coordinate with Project Managers, site engineers, consultants and clients to obtain approvals and payments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 26 years of experience in Billing Engineering, preferably in MEP, Plumbing, or Fire Fighting.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity surveying.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit RA Bills and Final Bills.
• Verify site measurements and quantities per drawings and BOQ.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and reconciliation statements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, and Clients for bill approvals.
• Prepare and certify subcontractor bills.
• Monitor project quantities, extra items, and variation orders.
• Maintain billing records, measurement books (MB), and project documentation.
• Assist in project cost control and budget monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, specifications, and billing procedures.
• Follow up on bill approvals and payment status.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Billing Engineer to manage project billing activities for Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and MEP works. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, client billing, subcontractor billing, and project documentation while ensuring accuracy and timely submission of bills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit Running Account (RA) Bills and Final Bills.
• Verify site measurements and quantities as per drawings and BOQ.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and reconciliation statements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, and Clients for bill approvals.
• Prepare and certify subcontractor bills.
