Job summary

Nexhaa Xcellence is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with strong exposure to construction/real estate billing. The role involves preparing and verifying bills, drafting BOQs, and performing precise quantity measurements.

You will ensure billing accuracy, timely submissions, and reconciliation, working closely with clients and subcontractors. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP is essential to manage documentation, rate analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction/real estate is required.
• Experience in client & subcontractor billing, RA bills, is preferred.
• BOQ, quantity measurement, rate analysis, reconciliation & billing documentation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify bills to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare BOQs and perform quantity measurements.
• Ensure billing accuracy and timely submissions with clear certifications and reconciliation.
• Handle RA bills and billing documentation in coordination with clients and subcontractors.
• Maintain MS Excel/ERP records to support billing processes.
