Job summary

Raheja Universal seeks a Civil Billing professional to manage RA, sub-contractor and final bills aligned with site progress. You will perform quantity take-offs from GFC drawings, prepare BOQs and payment statements, and support cost control.

The ideal candidate holds a BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3–6 years in real estate/construction billing, and knowledge of ERP/SAP for reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in real estate / residential / commercial construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify RA Bills, subcontractor bills and final bills as per actual site progress.
• Carry out quantity take-offs and measurements from GFC drawings and site execution.
• Prepare and maintain BOQs, measurement sheets and billing statements.
• Conduct rate analysis for BOQ and non-BOQ items.
• Verify contractor bills against site measurements, drawings, specifications and contractual terms.
• Prepare material reconciliation and track consumption against approved quantities.
• Monitor project expenditure against budget and highlight cost variations.
• Coordinate with Site, Contracts, Projects and Finance/Accounts teams for timely bill processing.
• Maintain records of work executed, measurements, certifications and payment status.
• Prepare MIS and monthly billing reports for management review.
• Ensure timely submission, certification and closure of contractor/subcontractor bills.
• Support estimation, cost control and quantity-related activities during project execution.
