Job summary

Blupace Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Bench Sales Executive to drive bench sales for OPT, CPT, H1B and visa-ready consultants. You will market, place, and deploy consultants across US markets, leveraging strong vendor and client connections to deliver results.

You will work with recruiters and account managers to ensure timely deployments, maintain consultant records (visa status, availability), and track placements and revenue while ensuring compliance with US immigration rules.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OPT, CPT, H1B, GC and US visa regulations.
• Proven ability to build vendor and client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with recruitment tools and databases.
• Ability to manage multiple consultants and tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Market OPT, CPT, H1B, and visa-ready consultants to direct clients and tier-1 vendors in the US.
• Build and expand vendor/client relationships, leveraging existing connects to maximize placements.
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients and vendors to ensure successful onboarding.
• Maintain updated records of consultant availability, visa status, and placement pipeline.
• Track daily sales activities, placements, and revenue metrics; report progress to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with US staffing practices and immigration regulations.
• Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to align bench sales with staffing needs.
