Responsibilities

• Market OPT, CPT, H1B, and visa-ready consultants to direct clients and tier-1 vendors in the US.
• Build and expand vendor/client relationships to maximize placements.
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients and vendors for onboarding.
• Maintain records of consultant availability, visa status, and placement pipeline.
• Track daily sales activities, placements, and revenue metrics; report to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with US staffing practices and immigration regulations.
• Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to align bench sales with staffing needs.

Role Overview
