SharpAtoms in Hyderabad, working US shift, is hiring Bench Sales Recruiters to place IT consultants into full-time (permanent/W2) roles with US clients. You will manage consultants and match them to openings, guiding submissions through interviews and offers.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in US IT bench sales, knowledge of W2 and permanent hiring, strong English communication, and familiarity with job boards (Dice/Monster/CareerBuilder/LinkedIn) and ATS tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in US IT Bench Sales, preferably with full-time placements.
• Working knowledge of US employment terms (W2, full-time/permanent hiring process).
• Good command of English with strong communication skills for US client interaction.
• Willingness to work in US shift timings.
• Familiarity with job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and match consultant profiles accordingly for full-time placements.
• Submit qualified consultants to open full-time requirements and follow up through the interview process.
• Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients/employers, and manage scheduling.
• Negotiate compensation and finalize offer details with consultants and clients.
• Maintain regular, accurate updates in the ATS/CRM regarding submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and clients for repeat business.
