Infinity Techno Vision is seeking a Senior BenchSalesRecruiter in Hyderabad for night-shift, full-time employment. The role requires 4+ years in bench sales recruiting, focusing on marketing bench consultants (H1B/OPT/CPT/GC) and building tier-1 vendor relationships.

Marketing our Bench Consultants - H1B/OPT/CPT/GC & US CITIZEN

• Having tier 1 vendor contacts and developing new contacts with tier 1 vendors.
• Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Prime Vendor sites,Free Job Sitesetc. to source requirements.
• Communicating withtheconsultants daily andupdateaboutsubmission and interviews.
• Arrangingtheinterviews with tier one vendors or end clients.
• Followup withthevendors andcoordinatedbetween consultants and vendors forinterview.
• Strong experience in US IT bench Recruitment Cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire) and terminology (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones etc.).
• Understanding the candidate's resume and formattingit as required.
• Should be able to generateLeadsby cold calling to acquire new directclient.
• Should be able to managecomplete cycle ofBench sales.
• Shouldbe good inverbal andoralcommunication skills in English.
• Negotiate rates withtheVendors/ Clients.
• Proventrack record of successful placements.
• Strongconnections with vendors and an extensive vendor database.
• Excellentcommunication and negotiation skills.
