Job summary

Ciratek in Hyderabad is hiring a Bench Sales Recruiter to independently drive the bench sales lifecycle for US IT staffing. Location: JNTU, Work from Office. Experience: 2-4+ years.

Employment Type: Full-Time. We seek a proven recruiter with strong networking to Tier-1 vendors and direct clients, excellent communication, and the ability to meet weekly and monthly placement targets. Knowledge of H1B, GC, USC, EAD and US tax terms is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in US IT Bench Sales lifecycle.
• Ability to manage the bench sales process end-to-end.
• Strong network with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience marketing H1B, GC, USC, and EAD consultants.
• Knowledge of US staffing processes and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Ability to meet weekly and monthly placement targets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end bench sales lifecycle from candidate sourcing to placement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients.
• Coordinate with consultants and manage client communications to close deals.
