Job summary

Tekskills seeks an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter (H1B Transfer) to drive US IT staffing, bench sales and client/vendor marketing from Hyderabad. 7+ years' exp preferred; strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management are essential; familiarity with H1B, GC, USC, EAD & OPT is a plus.

You will market H1B/GC/USC/OPT consultants to Tier-1 vendors and direct clients, negotiate billing rates, coordinate interview schedules, and maintain daily submission and placement reports to

Qualifications

• 7+ years of bench sales or US IT staffing experience.
• Experience marketing H1B transfers to vendors/clients.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with W2, C2C, and 1099 engagement models.
• Knowledge of H1B, GC, USC, EAD & OPT processes.
• Ability to work US night shift.

Responsibilities
