Job summary

Lorvenk Technologies in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment for US IT roles. This onsite position focuses on marketing C2C consultants (H1B, GC, USC, and EAD) and placing them on projects with strong client relationships.

You will leverage a wide network with Prime and Tier-1 vendors, handling vendor management, direct client coordination, and closing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle bench sales.
• Marketing C2C consultants (H1B, GC, USC, EAD).
• Vendor management and client coordination.
• Strong networking with Prime/Tier-1 vendors and direct clients.
• Understanding of US IT staffing and visa classifications.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in full-cycle bench sales, marketing C2C consultants and placing them on projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with Prime Vendors, Tier-1 Vendors and Direct Clients.
• Understand visa classifications, tax terms, and current market trends in US IT staffing.
• Communicate, negotiate, present, and manage accounts to close opportunities.
