JPS Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a result-driven Bench Sales Recruiter with hands-on US IT Staffing experience. The role focuses on bench consultant marketing, vendor management, job submissions, rate negotiation, interview coordination, and placement closures.

The recruiter will actively market consultants and build strong relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients, while coordinating interviews and tracking placements.

Qualifications

6 months to 2 years bench sales experience in US IT staffing.
Understanding of US staffing lifecycle and bench sales process.
Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099 and US work authorization categories.
Strong vendor networking and relationship-building skills.
Experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Good understanding of IT technologies and consultant profiles.

Responsibilities

Market bench consultants across technologies and work authorization categories, including H-1B, OPT, CPT, GC EAD, Green Card, and US Citizens.
Identify suitable requirements through vendor networks, job portals, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Prime Vendors, Tier-1 Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients.
Submit consultant profiles to relevant requirements and maintain consistent follow-ups.
Negotiate bill rates, pay rates, and contract terms for W2 and C2C opportunities.
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and follow up until placement closure.
Maintain accurate consultant submission, interview, and placement tracking.
Generate new vendor contacts and expand the existing vendor network.
Maintain consistent daily marketing activity and achieve defined submission and placement targets.
Coordinate closely with consultants and internal teams regarding availability, relocation, skills, and marketing status.
