Job summary

PeopleStrong in Maharashtra seeks a field sales executive to drive growth by generating prescriptions and expanding the existing prescription base. You will engage with doctors and chemists, ensure product availability, and implement field strategies with support from Area Business Manager.

You will analyze sales data using dashboards, update tour plans, follow up with healthcare professionals, and report regularly while complying with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Achieve and exceed assigned targets by generating new prescriptions and continuing the existing prescription base (RCPA).
• Ensure product availability at the chemist level.
• Undertake corrective actions to bridge gaps and escalate in field efforts and strategy execution.
• Analyse sales data (Product, Service, Customer) using dashboards and insights for planning with Area Business Manager.
• Implement addition, deletion and visit frequency updates of Standard Visit List/Chemist Visit List to reach all Standard Visit List doctors / Chemist Visit List retailers.
• Update Monthly Tour Plan / Standard Tour Plan and prepare day wise coverage plan.
• Follow up with healthcare professionals to achieve incremental business from both in-clinic and out-clinic activities.
• Execute structured sales plans for a diverse customer base including specialists and general physicians.
• Ensure conversion of non-core doctors.
• Participate in Joint Field Work sessions, review meetings and cycle meetings.
• Submit timely reports and feedback while adhering to compliance requirements.
