Sundaram Home Finance Limited is seeking a Business Development Officer/Associate (RM / Sr. RO / RO / BDO / BDA) to drive loan growth across PAN India.

The role covers the complete loan process from customer identification to disbursement and post-disbursement clarifications, with emphasis on revenue targets at the branch level. You will build and maintain a network of customers and partners, communicate product benefits clearly, and ensure high-quality customer experiences while meeting sales

Qualificações

• Sound understanding of home loan products and policies.
• Experience in selling home loan and related products.
• Excellent communication; proficiency in the local language.
• Ability to develop and manage internal and external networking.
• 2+ years of experience in selling home loan / related products.

Responsabilidades

• Handle end-to-end loan process from customer identification to disbursement.
• Support branch growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Provide clarifications post-disbursement, if any.

• Market understanding including products/policies of competitors
• Excellent communication skills with a reasonable proficiency in the local language
