Job summary

Prowiz Consulting in India is seeking a hands-on SaaS sales professional to drive adoption of AMY, an AI-powered HR Tech platform, across SMEs.

You will generate leads, deliver demos and close deals independently, engaging HR Heads, CHROs, CXOs and business owners, and managing the full cycle.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HRMS/SaaS sales, a strong network, and a startup-ready mindset with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HRMS / HR Tech / SaaS sales.
• Experience selling HRMS, Payroll, Attendance, Employee Engagement, HR Analytics or similar HR solutions.
• Experience selling to SMEs and mid-sized companies (2005,000 employees).
• Strong lead generation, communication, presentation and closing skills.
• Able to work independently and comfortable in a startup environment.

Responsibilities
