Job summary

Hyatt is seeking a Conference and Banqueting Manager to oversee the banquets and conference facilities, ensuring operations align with brand standards and corporate strategies. You will also function as a Business Manager and Marketing Specialist for the Food & Beverage Department, driving guest satisfaction and revenue in the hotel.

The role requires minimum 2 years of relevant hotel/large restaurant leadership experience and a track record in managing banqueting services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient department operation in line with Hyatt Corporate Strategies and brand standards, meeting staff, guest and owner expectations.
• Serve as Business Manager and Marketing Specialist for the Food & Beverage Department, overseeing banquets and conference facilities and operation in the hotel.
